Dispatch

Orders are processed within a few business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are processed on the following business day.

Made-to-order pieces require additional time before dispatch. Where this applies, the lead time is noted on the product page and confirmed by email once your order is placed.

Australia

Standard shipping within Australia is complimentary on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided by our carrier and are counted from dispatch, not from the time your order is placed. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

International

We ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Duties and taxes

Australian orders include GST.

International orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs charges on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. They are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to advise the amount in advance, as it varies by country and order value.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it is dispatched. If you have not received tracking details, please contact us.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery is charged at the applicable shipping rate.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@musouofficial.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
